Shipping Policy
We deliver our Products to all Countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. We use Aramex for all our deliveries.
• UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED: 10
• Delivery Fees outside of UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location
• Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details
Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, as long as:• The delivered package/order is unused and in their original packaging, or
• The delivered package/order are damaged, or
• The delivered package/order is a wrong product.
Please notify us within 7 days and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you another package/order or refund the payment.
We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging.
If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund or a new Package/order will be shipped to you. In the event a damaged/wrong order is delivered to you, we will bear the expense of the courier charges.
All returns undergo a strict Quality check.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with.
Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
If all the conditions mentioned in the return policy are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund or a new Package/order will be shipped to you. Once you ship us the return package/order, please notify us through email with the tracking ID.

• Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receipt of the package to us.
• Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Cancellation Policy
• Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.
